As a Microsoft Support Engineer, you act as the critical technical bridge between enterprise clients and Microsoft's core Azure engineering and product teams. You will dive into kernel dumps, network packet captures, and distributed API latency issues.

4. What You Will Do

• ✓Diagnose, debug, and resolve high-severity enterprise cloud outages across Azure Virtual Networks, Kubernetes, and Cosmos DB.
• ✓Collaborate directly with Microsoft Azure product developers to identify and patch code defects.
• ✓Build diagnostic automation tools and PowerShell scripts that streamline cloud health checks.
• ✓Guide global chief technology officers on deploying Azure OpenAI and machine learning clusters securely.
