Full-Stack Web Developer (Next.js & Node.js)

HireKosh is seeking a passionate Full-Stack Web Developer to join our core product team. You will directly work on expanding HireKosh's web platform, optimizing job discovery algorithms, and building seamless tooling for hundreds of thousands of Indian engineering students.

4. What You Will Do

• ✓Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive web interfaces using Next.js 16, React 19, and Tailwind CSS.
• ✓Implement secure RESTful APIs, caching strategies, and robust data management for job aggregation and search filters.
• ✓Optimize Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) and SEO structured data (Schema.org JobPosting) to ensure rapid page load speeds.
• ✓Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to build new features like hackathon arenas, recruiter dashboards, and automated alert systems.

5. Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and type-safe TypeScript code with modern React conventions.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions for new feature rollouts.
• Debug frontend and backend issues swiftly to maintain 99.9% platform availability.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser accessibility across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
