By accessing and browsing HireKosh ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. HireKosh is an official platform owned, managed, and operated by TechKosh (techkosh.in). If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Nature of Service: Informational Aggregator
HireKosh is an independent digital news and job information aggregation service designed to curate publicly available recruitment announcements, off-campus drive schedules, internships, and hackathons across Indian IT sectors.
- HireKosh is not an employer, recruiting consultant, or staffing agency for listed organizations unless explicitly disclosed.
- We do not participate in candidate selection, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, or job offer issuance.
- All applications are submitted directly on the hiring company's official portal.
3. Accuracy of Job Listings & Deadlines
While our editorial team conducts rigorous verification of each career drive against official company portals, hiring deadlines and eligibility criteria may change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the hiring company. We advise all candidates to review the primary application page before submitting personal resumes.
4. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property
Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access job listings for personal employment search purposes. Automated scraping, data harvesting, or commercial republishing of HireKosh editorial articles without written consent is strictly prohibited.
